About the area.
Location: This apartment is in a mature, popular area with many modern apartment blocks and gardens. 400 metres to Juan-les-Pins and 500 metres down to the beaches of Antibes and Cap d’Antibes.. Comfortable walking distance to everything! There are also local buses in both directions.
Entertainment/shopping: here you are close to everything Antibes/Juan-les-Pins have to offer! Plenty of nice shops, cosy restaurants, a fantastic marina, all imaginable forms of bathing activities, cultural spots such as the Picasso museum, beautiful gardens, etc., etc.
15 minutes away along the coast are Golfe Juan and Cannes.
Bathing: 5 minutes by car to all the beaches around Antibes and Cap d’Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and all the way along to Golfe Juan.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are situated 20 minutes away by car.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
