Rooms: the house is on 2 floors. Entrance floor has a big, open living area with fireplace, big glass doors leading out to sunny terraces and the garden and pool area. Beautiful dining area and next door is the modern kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with a singel bed and bathroom. Guest toilet. The top floor has master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed and a loft bed for a child and another bedroom with a single bed and its own bathroom. All rooms are very sunny and bright with a lot of windows everywhere.
The guesthouse is attached to the house but has it’s own entrance. It has a small kitchen, bathroom, TV and a big double bed and a sofabed. Terrace doors leads out to the pool and garden. Here you can certainly live comfortably on “your own”.

About the area.
Location: 3 min from the picturesque and cosy village of Valbonne, 15-20 minutes from Antibes and Cannes with a multitude of beaches, 10 minutes from the village of Biot, the Marineland adventure water park and a long stretch of beach. The house is located high up and screened from view in a privately enclosed domaine. Very quiet and respectable area.
Entertainment/shopping: walking distance to Valbonne with all its restaurants, bakery, galleries, shops etc and 5 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. More shopping is available in Mougins Cannes, Biot and Nice.
Bathing: 20 minutes to the pearl necklace of beaches in the area of Biot, Antibes, Golfe Juan/Cannes.
Golf: many relaxing courses 5-10 minutes away, for example at Opio-Chateauneuf, Biot and Saint Donat.
Airport: 35 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
