The house lies on a beautiful green slope, surrounded by farms and villas. Quiet area. Entertainments/shopping: plenty of bakeries, food shops nearby (5 min). Shopping in Cannes, Grasse, Valbonne. Excellent restaurants 5 min away by car. From the simplest to gourmet restaurants (2 Michelin Guide stars). Bathing: 15 minutes from a string of beaches. Golf: In the middle of a golfing paradise! The closest are Saint Donat, Mougins, Opio-Valbonne, Grande Bastide and so on, 12 courses within 25 min. Airport: 30 min from Nice airport. Special rental conditions.
