Location: Quiet residential area just inside the boundary of Biot village, close to Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, 15 minutes from Nice, 20 minutes from Cannes. Entertainment/shopping: Close to many attractive restaurants in Biot and Antibes, among others. Not far from the beaches and all the many beach restaurants. 3 minutes away from the large aquarium and pleasure park of Marineland, that must be visited! Biot is full of glassblowers. Shopping in Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Bathing: 10 minutes from the long string of beaches between Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes, but also close to Cap D’Antibes with wonderful beaches, lovely promenades and the rich life of the Riviera.
