with beautiful plants, a boules court, a large pool, and open grass areas
for games. In a word, you could spend your entire holiday here without moving an inch! And yet if despite this, you want to experience the best of the Riviera with its beaches, exclusive shopping and pleasant tourist life, all that is within easy reach. 10 minutes to the nearest beach and 30 minutes to the pleasure centres of Cannes and St Tropez. Maid service, and even a cook can be booked. |

A roomy kitchen, large dining room with terrace doors out to the inner yard, which also contains plenty of dining furniture and a sofa-equipped relaxing area. A wine tasting area with the requisite tables and chairs. Other spaces and toilets. In all, 7 bedrooms, most of which have their own toilets/showers/baths. A tower room for relaxation. View: The property is situated in a private “domaine” and is screened off, with a gorgeous walking area all around. Spacious, open and airy; enormous outside spaces. Location: 1 km to the village of Roquebrunne, 3 km to Puguet which offers all imaginable convenient services and major stores. 5 km to the coastal village of St Raphael/Frejus with beaches, bathing, restaurants, shopping, etc. 20 min to St Maxime from where the ferry links to St Tropez. 30 minutes from Cannes/Antibes. Entertainment/shopping: close to everything, both food shops and bakeries, exclusive shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc. There is plenty of choice since the distance is so short. Bathing: 10 minutes to the beaches at Frejus/St Agulf. Golf: the nearest golf course is 5 minutes away by car, and a dozen of the best courses on the Riviera and Var are within 20-30 minutes.
