Entertainment/shopping: plenty of shopping, restaurants in Grasse and Valbonne. 25 min drive you are in Cannes with all the exclusive shopping, restaurants and beaches.
Bathing: count 20-30 min to the beaches along the coast.
Golf: 15-20 min drive to several nice golf courses on the Riviera.
Airport: 60 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
