Location: Located between Grasse and Opio with a 5 minute drive to the centre of Grasse (perfume town), 15 minutes from cosy Valbonne village, 20 minutes from Cannes, 40 minutes from Nice. 20 minutes from the beaches. The house is in a maturely planted and beautiful area. Entertainment/shopping: Walking distance from bakeries, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes by car to Grasse, Opio with larger shops, convenience stores, a multitude of tourist attractions, etc. Bathing: 20 minutes to the whole coastline of beaches. Golf: Several popular courses within 10-15 minutes. Airport: 40 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Special rental conditions. Only available for rental in July and August.
