Modern kitchen, nice living room area with dining room and lounge, and a nice big terrace with a jacuzzi. The house is located in a quiet area of nice houses and hotels, just a stone’s-throw from the rue D’Antibes main shopping street, the Croisette and its beaches. Very convenient if you don’t want to rent a car! The house is rented out exclusively during trade fairs and business conferences, although not during July and August. |

Garden/pool: The house is situated with a joint entrance on a large plot where there is also another house, but the terrace is completely hidden from external view and there is no disturbance from the other house. The terrace has a new, fine jacuzzi. Facilities: Food preparation kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. Satellite television, radio. About the area. Location: The house is in Montfleury, about 5 minutes from the rue D’Antibes shopping street and 10 minutes from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. A perfect location if you don’t have a car and want to be in a quiet area. Entertainment/shopping: here you are close to everything Cannes has to offer! Bathing: 1 minute to the pearl necklace of beaches along the whole Croisette. Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are situated 15-20 minutes away by car.
